This is a 1 hour class consisting of ballet, tap and basic tumbling

Acro Classes

Acrobatics is an ancient art form that progresses through the tumbling skills as well as contortion tricks.  It also teaches the student how to dance into and out of different acrobatic tricks.

Ballroom Classes

The adult class is a beginner ballroom class which teaches you the basics elements of 6 social dances.  These 6 social dances are the Foxtrot, Tango, Waltz, Rumba, Cha Cha and Swing.  Once you learn the basics you will have the tools to feel more comfortable dancing at social events.  If you have a partner that wants to dance with you bring them with you so you both can have fun learning these dances together.  Don't have a partner, not a problem, in this class you are learning in a group setting.  This means your instructor will teach the steps and then will come around to each student to make sure they know how to Lead or Follow those steps.  These dances give you the basics foundation that you will need to learn all the other different socail dances that are out there.
